While we offer front-end setup, support, and customization under our own branding, the underlying technology is managed by a third-party provider (HighLevel). As such, we are not liable for service outages, platform bugs, or other technical issues originating from the HighLevel system.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept that a third-party system powers our software. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform uptime and support, but we make no guarantees regarding the performance, functionality, or reliability of third-party services.

4. Modifications to the Services and Prices

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
