1. Services Provided

Funnel Archer offers digital marketing services, CRM automation, website and funnel development, and related technology services through our platform, which is based on a whitelabel of Go High Level. Customizations, configurations, templates, and automations may be offered as part of your selected plan or service package.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to the billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Monthly or annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription by contacting support at [email protected] or through your user dashboard if available.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Funnel Archer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Funnel Archer and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
